Information used by the current website
The public website provides school information, an optional 3D campus experience and direct telephone links. It stores a session-only preference if you mute the welcome audio. No advertising tracker or non-essential analytics service is configured in the current release.
Hosting information
The website is hosted using internet infrastructure that may process ordinary technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, device/browser information, timestamps and security logs. These records support delivery, reliability and abuse prevention.
Admissions form
The form asks for a parent or guardian name, mobile number, email if supplied, a child’s grade or age, preferred callback time, a short message and consent to be contacted. Recording is deliberately fail-closed: the website confirms success only after the configured service verifies storage in the school’s private Sheet and the selected notification handoff. A success message confirms recording, not arrival in an inbox or an admissions decision. Until those destinations and the school’s retention rules are approved, the online form reports that it is unavailable.
Admissions assistant
The assistant sends the question you type to a same-site server function and returns only fixed answers linked to school-approved sources. Its current deterministic mode does not use an external AI provider, create an account or intentionally retain a chat history; recent messages remain in the open browser panel only for that page visit. Questions may still appear in ordinary short-lived infrastructure and security logs. Please do not enter medical, financial or other sensitive information about a child. If an external provider or longer retention is proposed later, this notice must be updated before it is enabled.
Abuse prevention and operational logs
The enquiry service requires distributed rate limiting before it can be enabled. The server converts a network address into a keyed pseudonymous rate-limit value and does not intentionally place raw enquiry text, contact details or child information in application logs. Hosting and security providers may still process ordinary request metadata. Provider names, retention periods and deletion contacts must be approved by the school before public launch.
Audio preference
If sound begins, a mute control is provided. Muting stores a session preference in your browser so the site remains quiet for the rest of that browser session. The preference is not used for advertising or profiling.
